1. Scope & Quotes
Every project begins with a free consultation and a written scope (pages, features, timeline) confirmed on WhatsApp or email. The quoted price applies to that scope. Additional requests are quoted separately — always approved by you first.
2. Payments
A free demo is provided before any payment. Once you approve the demo: 50% advance to begin work, 50% on delivery (before handover of credentials). Larger projects may be split into 3 milestones. Prices include GST unless stated otherwise.
3. Timeline
The 7-day delivery promise begins once the design direction is approved and you have shared photos/content. Timelines extend automatically if content is delayed. I'll always keep you informed.
4. Revisions
Unlimited small revisions are included free for 30 days after delivery. Major redesigns or new pages are quoted separately.
5. Ownership
On final payment, you own everything: domain, hosting, code, content and credentials. No lock-in, no ransom, no hostage situations.
6. Support & Maintenance
The first month of small changes is free. After that, maintenance is ₹499/month (optional, cancel anytime) or ad-hoc at transparent hourly rates.
7. Cancellations
Cancel any time before work begins for a full advance refund. Once design work has started, the advance covers work completed.
